Are you passionate about sports? Then we’ve got exciting news for you! If you’ve got talent and drive, you’ll have the chance to take your skills to the next level by joining a high school sports team in the U.S. — just like American students do!

Depending on your qualifications, you can compete in a wide range of sports including golf, football, soccer, cheerleading, volleyball, basketball, tennis, flag football, and more. High school sports are a big part of student life in the U.S. and are organized by trimester. Each season includes regular training, thrilling tournaments, and the chance to represent your school in competitions against other schools — a true highlight of the American high school experience!

And even if competitive school sports aren’t your thing or you want to be active beside High School Sport — don’t worry! We’ve got you covered. We can connect you with local sports clubs all year round: join a swim team, play soccer in a club, or take part in our partner golf foundation’s programs. Want to try something new? You can also go sailing, rowing, and so much more. Whatever your interest, there's a way to stay active and have fun!
