Cookies & Local Storage
A short, honest summary of what we store on your device, why, and how to clear it. This page is part of our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. They let a site remember things between page loads — for example, that you've started filling out a form, or that you're logged in. Modern websites also use local storage, which works similarly but is accessed by JavaScript rather than sent with every HTTP request.
Under EU law (ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR), we may only set cookies or read local storage that aren't strictly necessary for the service you requested if you have given consent. Strictly necessary entries don't require consent.
What we currently use
Our public website uses two kinds of entries: strictly necessary entries (always on) and optional statistics cookies, which only load after you give consent. On your first visit we ask you via a cookie banner — your choice is valid for 12 months and can be reset below at any time. We don't use any advertising or third-party tracking.
Needed for the site to work — for example, to remember your progress through the booking flow during a single visit. These can't be turned off because the site won't function correctly without them.

Cookies set by third parties (e.g. ad platforms, retargeting pixels) to show you tailored content elsewhere. We don't use any.
Manage your preferences on this device
You can clear any preferences this site has stored on your current device. This will reset things like the booking-flow state and remove any in-progress data we keep locally — it doesn't affect anything we have on our servers.
Manage cookies in your browser
Your browser also lets you view, block, or delete cookies for any site. The exact steps depend on which browser you use:
- Chrome — Manage cookies
- Firefox — Storage management
- Safari — Manage cookies on Mac
- Edge — Delete cookies
If you block cookies and local storage entirely, parts of this site (such as the booking flow) may not work as expected.
If anything changes
If we add new categories of cookies or new third-party scripts that need consent, we'll show a cookie banner on your next visit and update this page. The "Last updated" timestamp on the Privacy Policy covers this page too.
